Return & Refund Policy

Jerseyman Enterprise.Shop will gladly exchange sizes if required, within 14 days of your order. All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging which must also be undamaged and in its original condition.

Due to our hygiene and safety regulations, we request that products being returned are in a pristine state. Products must be in an original and resalable condition and accompanied by the original packaging (including, product tags, internal packaging) at your own cost with the return packaging provided. We recommend sending your return via a trackable method of postage to ensure that the product gets back to us safely.

The original box/packaging must not be marked, labelled or drawn as the item may be re stocked and resold if in an acceptable condition. Failure to follow these rules may result in rejection of your request.

Returns by post are to be paid for by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied).

Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.

We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund, but please give us 7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. After this, it may take up to another 7 days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks’ processes.

At certain times of the year, the process time will be longer, like around Christmas and public holiday

    • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
    • Your name and address
    • A description of the item you are returning
    • Description of exchange item

We recommend sending your return via a trackable method of postage to ensure that the product gets back to us safely.

Outside of this 14 day timeframe, we are unfortunately unable to provide an exchange or refund for change of mind purchase.

Please note, refunds are not available for change of mind returns on Clearance/Sale purchases, we will look to offer an exchange to the value of the original purchase if returned within 14 days.

Our Returns policy applies in conjunction with but, not affecting your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

As all defective reviews are done in conjunction with the manufacturers,  Hence we must allow between 10-15 business days for assessments to be carried out. Each individual case will be assessed and a refund or replacement will be issued if the goods are deemed defective or returned to you directly if the issue is deemed as general wear and tear.

Custom Printed Jerseys are excluded from exchanges or returns unless they are deemed to be faulty. Jerseyman Enterprise.Shop ensures that all information printed are correct at time of print and only use authentic prints.
